We therefore conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. By submitting identifying data, a visitor to our Website (our “Site”) consents to TRUMPF’s use of such data as described in this privacy statement.
TRUMPF will respect the legal requirements that exist regarding the privacy of personal information and is committed to complying with all applicable laws. TRUMPF will, from time to time, review its personal information collection and use and disclosure practices in order to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
Your data will be stored and processed in whole in Germany. Your usage of this Site constitutes consent to the transfer of your data out of your country and to Germany.

You voluntarily provide us with certain personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) to provide you with access to specific information and to communicate with you. Your personal data is shared only with affiliates of TRUMPF.

TRUMPF uses this information to monitor the attractiveness of its Site and to continuously improve its contents and service to our customers.
