The key to efficient bending lies in the angle sensor which not only measure but also regulates the angle to the desired value.
The ACB® angle sensor developed by TRUMPF can do both: It measures and regulates during the bending process. Time-consuming trials runs of bending programs are a thing of the past. Every angle is correct from the very start. The system automatically compensates for the springback angle, which varies with the material and its components.
