Beam Guidance Systems for CO2 Lasers
TRUMPF beam guidance systems TruLaser Cell 1100 are modular in design and easy to integrate into manufacturing lines. They are used in continuous welding systems for welding tubes and profiles but also as stationary machining stations.

Optical components and adapted welding optics from the TRUMPF program offer greatest flexibility in customizing the beam guidance module. Thanks to beam switches, laser processing is possible at different stations. Beam splitters enable simultaneous welding at two machining stations.

The laser beam is divided, deflected, deviated, blocked or measured by a modular system of optical components. This means that suitable optics are specified for each individual processing task. One or more laser light cables guides the laser beam from the laser to the processing location, where processing optics focus the beam for cutting or welding. With the aid of the TRUMPF LASERNETWORK, the available laser energy from one or more lasers can be networked and intelligently distributed.
