The position involves the ability to conceptually understand and apply working examples of SYNCHRO improvements within TUS. The job will oversee all aspects of SYNCHRO event projects in conjunction with the PU, SYNCHRO manager and other SYNCHRO specialists as well as management. The individual will handle all aspects of planning and coordination of one-on-one and group based activities and training within TUS relative to SYNCHRO methods and tools. This person will ensure the execution of SYNCHRO event assignments and provide the driving force “back sliding” prevention. Be able to coach, mentor and train team members in the implementation of SYNCHRO methods and tools. Support planning/conceptualize manufacturing facilities/equipment at TUS in team -oriented work groups, considering SYNCHRO methods. |
