The job function of the receptionist is to be the switchboard operator for the Customer and Technology Center (CATC), as well as provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing departments. The primary responsibilities include: reserving and maintaining conference rooms scheduling and bookings for the CATC; coordinating Executive Dining/Cafeteria scheduling and activities, as well as customer dining for the CATC building. The individual will prepare and send sales quotations and coordinate customer visits, which includes: airline reservation, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, dinner reservations, conference room scheduling and co-manage customer/ distributor training sessions. Will be responsible to receive, sort and distribute mail. The hours are 7:45a.m. to 4:30 p.m., flexibility for overtime may be required.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and clerical skills required. Individual needs be familiar with Windows & Microsoft Office computer skills including: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Customer Service or Sales & Marketing experience is a plus. Associate’s Degree in Office Administration/ Secretarial preferred or one to two years experience in an administrative environment.
