From the laser marking applications lab in Farmington, Connecticut, to sales, service, and support across North America, TRUMPF quality is evident. As the first to utilize diode pumped lasers in its laser marking systems, TRUMPF has since expanded its portfolio to encompass 1064nm, 532nm, and 355nm wavelengths. Supplying both YAG and Vanadate lasers, TRUMPF has become the leading manufacturer of diode-pumped lasers.
TRUMPF provides you with a complete range of beam sources, components, and systems for laser marking. TruMark lasers mark apples, ICs, artificial bones, pacemakers, engrave glass, solar cells, and wafers. In fact, not a single car component leaves the production line without being marked.

Countless Applications
TRUMPF marking lasers are used in many different applications: metals, plastics, ceramics, organic materials, etc. – they mark almost everything. Every symbol or character can be produced, from lines and numbers on a speedometer to the graphics for programming a washing machine. In many cases these are logos, product and part names, as well as legally mandated information, such as material data, “best before“ dates, or safety instructions. Special codes distinguish brand name products from imitations. And special serial numbers or customer data, printed as a barcode or data matrix, control material flow and logistics in many industrial applications. It is also possible to produce indentations and marking lines for downstream production.

Everything That You Need
At TRUMPF, you will find the perfect solution for your needs. This is because we have a wide range of products that complement our TruMark marking lasers. We offer TruMark Station marking workstations and TruTops Mark software. Each component has its own particular strength. For instance, a laser that emits the perfect wavelength for semiconductor materials, or a workstation with a two-station rotary index table, which reduces cycle time. |

Upfront Advice
From the laser marking application lab in Farmington, Connecticut, to sales, service, and support across North America, TRUMPF quality is evident throughout the world, employing highly qualified engineers who can advise you prior to your purchase. They will tell you whether engraving, removal, annealing, coloring, or foaming is best for your material. They test your material samples and demonstrate the quality you can expect at different speeds. And they will be happy to explain why our superior vector process, with laser-internal focus adjustment, can generate sharp print images on different levels in a split second. No one offers you more support and choices than TRUMPF.
