TRUMPF Inc. Names Simpson as New Product Manager of Bending
FARMINGTON, Conn., March 13, 2007 – TRUMPF Inc. has appointed Shane Simpson as the new product manager for bending (press brake) products. Simpson will be responsible for TRUMPF’s TruBend product line of precision press brakes, including BendMaster press brake automation.

Before his promotion to product manager, Simpson was a sales engineer for TRUMPF’s automation group. He joined the company in 1994 as a press brake applications engineer.
