In-house technical support engineers assigned responsibility for press brakes and punches have on average 14 years of experience. Those assigned to lasers have on average seven years.
Telediagnostics are available as an option for most recent machines including the TC 2000, TruPunch 2020, TC 500 and TruPunch 5000 and the TruLaser 2525, 5030 classic, 3030, 3040 and 3060 as well as all TRUMPF laser units and laser machines. |

Service engineers assigned to phone support can employ secured online telediagnostics to troubleshoot machine anomalies from our home office. The machine is linked on-line to the PC of the service engineer at TRUMPF by means of a telephone connection.
Options include fault diagnostics, configuration of machine parameters, all the way to transfer of NC programs, technology tables and software updates. All this means swifter response and reduces the need for field service.
TRUMPF is currently working towards a future in which we will use telediagnostics to proactively address machine anomalies before they affect machine performance. |
