Category Laser marking system
Product TruMark Station 1000
Application fields Marking, micro-processing

The extraordinary feature of the TruMark Station 1000 is the ability to mark work pieces with different levels quickly and perfectly. With the 6 inch manually adjustable work bench, one adjusts the focus to the approximate height of the work piece. The optical focus adjustment is integrated into the laser sources to make accurate focus adjustment a snap. Thanks to the safety-monitored laser protection door (laser protection class 1), the 115/230 V laser power connection, and its light weight (only 132 lbs), the TruMark Station 1000 can be placed almost anywhere and moved easily.

The working area is accessible from three sides – all part of the ergonomic design, which also includes a switch to open the work area. An adjustable, self-supporting hose means that you are well prepared for an external extraction system. Other options include an inspection window in the working area door and a compact label module, for rolls up to 164 feet long and 5 inches wide, for creating your own laser-markable adhesive labels, are available as options.
