The exceptionally compact TruMark Station 5000 is available with different variants. While the standard model is equipped for ,ost requirements, the laser workstation can also be configured to suit specific tasks. The motorized door to the processing area opens and closes quickly to ensure optimal safety and maximum productivity.
Apart from the laser head and the control unit, the sturdy steel plate design alsointegrates the power supply, air-cooling unit, and exhaust system. In addition, it features a numerically controlled z-axis and a motorized lifting door, which ensures laser class 1 protection. The single-phase 115/230 V power connection lets you set upthe laser workstation wherever it is required.
The TruMark Station makes marking easy. The preconfigured list of commands in the operatingsoftware helps to program automated workflow. The access door, axes, and peripherals are controlled directly. The program is also used for the laser parameters and externalcommunication. After a short familiarization period, one will be able to give controlcommands, load or convert stored marking programs, start the marking and pilot lasers, move axes, and select rotary index table stations with minimal effort.
Choose the options
If needed, the workstation is supplied with linear axes with different travel paths in the X direction and rotary axes with different ranges, a laser protection inspection window for the access door, or a water cooling system. By raising the workstation’s hood, it ispossible to mark work pieces up to 18 inches high. Removable side components allow longwork pieces to be marked and enable the workstation to be integrated into an automated production line. A semi-automatic rotary index table for parallel loading and unloadingat peak times reduces cycle time.
