The new TruBend Series 5000 combine innovation with TRUMPF precision to reduce cycle times by up to 30 percent. The newly designed pressure cylinders allow more working space while optimally transferring the press force. This results in perfect conditions for processing unusually large or thick sheets, or long bends with tight angles.
In the new design of the TruBend Series 5000, thermal load on the machine frame is virtually eliminated from guaranteeing premium work piece quality from the first to the last bending operation. A space-saving roller cover has replaced the doors of the TruBend Series, enabling unlimited access to the machine area and offering a smaller footprint while providing useful storage areas. These additions to TRUMPF press brake technology offer more efficient bending, versatility, and increased flexibility in production
