Rolf Biekert, President & CEO
Rolf Biekert began his more than 20 year career with TRUMPF in 1986 as an industrial engineer with TRUMPF GmbH & Co. KG. He later served as the organization's director of operations. In 1991 Mr. Biekert joined TRUMPF Inc. located in Farmington, CT where he served as vice president of operations. In 2002 he was named President & CEO of TRUMPF's North American operations.
Mr. Biekert holds a Master's-equivalent degree in Engineering Science from University of Stuttgart, Germany and serves on the Board of Directors at the National Association of Manufacturers.
Burke Doar, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Burke Doar joined TRUMPF Inc. in 2002 as vice president of customer services and moved into his current role of vice president of sales and marketing in 2003. He holds a B.A. degree from Princeton University and a law degree from Albany Law School. Mr. Doar practiced law for four years before embarking on a career in manufacturing. Prior to joining the TRUMPF organization he held a sales management position at Ingersoll Milling Machine Company in Rockford, IL.
Mr. Doar presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association (FMA) and the Hartford Symphony Orchestra.
Stephan Bundschu, Vice President, Engineering & Manufacturing
Stephan Bundschu joined TRUMPF GmbH & Co. KG in 1991 and transferred to TRUMPF Inc. in 2002 to assume the role of Chief Engineer, Special Projects. Since January 2004, he has served as Director of Engineering where he established an Engineering Product Development Center. As Vice President, Engineering & Manufacturing, Mr. Bundschu is responsible for overseeing the machine assembly, components, sheetmetal, tooling and purchasing departments as well as managing the engineering department.
Mr. Bundschu holds a Master's-equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He presently serves on a member of the Mechanical Engineering Industrial Advisory Board for the Central Connecticut State University and MEM Corporate Advisory Board for the University of Connecticut.
Douglas Devnew, Vice President, Finance & Administration
Douglas Devnew serves as the vice president finance and administration for TRUMPF Inc. His responsibilities include all financial related functions, human resources and information technologies. Mr. Devnew graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and received his MBA from the University of Massachusetts. He is a CPA with prior experience in public accounting with then Coopers and Lybrand.
Mr. Devnew is a member of the Board of Directors of The Connecticut Business and Industry Association and of the Tunxis Community College Foundation. He is a former president of the Farmington Chamber of Commerce and served on the Farmington Economic Development Commission.
Kevin Domingue, Vice President, Customer Services
Kevin Domingue joined TRUMPF Inc. in 1989. Since that time he has served in a variety of service related positions including field service engineer, laser service manager and national service director. Mr. Domingue was appointed to his current role as vice president customer services in 2003. He is responsible for the spare parts department, training center, applications and software groups, as well as the contracts and customer service departments.
Prior to joining TRUMPF, Mr. Domingue served in the United States Army where he served several years abroad. He then attended the University of Maryland where he studied business administration.
