12.06. - 13.06.2013The “4th International Conference on Fundamentals and Industrial Applications of High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering (HIPIMS)” provides a forum for current research and exchange of ideas and information between researchers, scientists, and engineers from industry, research laboratories, and academia. Contributions will cover fundamental scientific aspects as well as application-oriented research and development.
