Our Service Agreements, Basic to Premium, build on each other and consist of an increasing number of services. Features range from tele-service and preventive maintenance performed according to a TRUMPF specific checklist, to a full service agreement that includes all replacement parts. To ensure your software is always up to date, we offer a Software Agreement.

Basic The low-priced agreement with special services from the start. Increase machine availability and save money at the same time through online trouble shooting and 24/7 hotline.
Classic Prevent instead of repair - Regular maintenance visits according to the TRUMPF specific checklist for early recognition of wear related issues. Save money through discounts on spare parts. Includes all of the services in the BASIC agreement.
Special Increase cost transparency - In addition to the services of the CLASSIC and BASIC agreements, all labor and related repair visit expenses are included in this agreement.
Premium Complete cost transparency and maximum security - Coverage of all labor costs and expenses for maintenance and repair visits as well as all spare parts and consumables. Also includes all of the services in the SPECIAL agreement.
