In the roofing and wall construction, you always need a clear view. When preparing interior cuts, cutting roof channels to length, locking seams in corners and angles, among other tasks, our slitting shears, seam lockers and profile nibblers are a great help
Corner roof channels often project over the edge of the facade and are used to guide ventilation or drainage. With our profile nibblers you can cut these channels to the length you desire. Versatile profile nibblers are ideally suited for cutting trapezoidal sheets and for cross-cuts. For example, when a corrugated sheet is projecting and must be cut to fit.
TRUMPF profile nibblers work with no sparks or emissions. With respect to work safety, in comparison with alternative processes like cutting disks, circular saws or thermal processes, the profile nibblers of TRUMPF are vastly superior. Flexible
You can use our sitting shears to cut larger radii, too. The TruTool C 250 with chip clipper can handle up to 0.12 inch thick aluminum or 0.06 inch thick chrome steel. The cut quality is high and oxide-free, and doesn't need refinishing. No sparks are produced during operation and damage to coated surfaces is eliminated.
With the S 114 trimming shear, you can cut off sheets and pipes such as angled sheet metal used for gutters.
